After completing his DNBE and Masters degree in ophthalmology Dr. M.L.D Amalaraja the director of St.Mary's eye care started. Practicing medical and surgical ophthalmology in 1996 at Pondicherry.

St Mary’s Eye Care is a comprehensive eye care unit with all basic facilities and advanced equipment’s for the treatment for all eye diseases. We specialized in glaucoma and other anterior segment eye diseases.
